We are delighted to announce that we are returning to Telecoms World Middle East celebrated from the 28th to the 29th of May in Dubai. As you already know, it is a meeting point where the most innovative companies in the telecommunication industry gather and discuss the latest trends. Telecom operators, technology providers, and other sector visionaries can attend and share their ideas. Carried out since at least 2021, it is the most important event of this type in the Middle East region.

More than 2,000 attendees and over 150 speakers will meet during the two days of the exhibition. Telecoms World Middle East 2024 will host over 100 exhibitors and 23 conferences covering the latest developments and trends in new technologies that will define the telecommunications industry in the coming years.

Once again, our Chief Strategy Officer, Patricia Peiró Hergueta, will participate on May 28th at 12:10 am (local time) in a panel discussion on the topic of Generative AI’s role in customer experience and loyalty , along with other speakers like Isabelle Hajri, Chief Marketing Officer of Ooredoo Algeria; Mohamed Al Hakmani, Head of Product Management of Vodafone Oman; and Elie Antoun, Head of Telecom & Media MENA of Meta. Jay Himanshu Johar, Partner & Client Service of Wireless Federation, will moderate the panel.

On the same day, at 4:00 pm, our CSO will conduct another panel about Diversification in Telecoms: Challenges and Opportunities in the Gaming Sector . On this occasion, John Lacey, Country GM, Level Infinite MENA, from Tencent Games Global, and Siddhartha Roy, CEO of Hungama Digital Media Entertainment, will discuss with Patricia in a panel moderated by Rachelle Peterson, an independent industry expert from the United Kingdom.
